Our Intro to Treadmill class is a guided\, beginner-friendly session designed to help dogs safely explore one of Canine Cardio’s most popular gym activities. \nTreadmill sessions can be a great option for dogs who need structured exercise\, controlled movement\, confidence building\, or a healthy outlet for extra energy. This intro class gives dogs and their owners the chance to learn how the treadmill works in a calm\, supportive setting. \nDuring class\, our team will walk you and your dog through the basics\, introduce the equipment slowly\, and help your dog move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. Whether your dog is confident and eager to try something new or needs a little extra encouragement\, this class is designed to meet them where they are. \nIntroduction to Gym Activity classes will be held at 1:00 PM on scheduled Saturdays and Sundays\, with each class lasting approximately 45 minutes to one hour. \nEach Intro Class includes the regular activity price plus a $10 intro class surcharge. Tickets must be purchased through the website in advance. \n \nWhat to Expect\nDuring Intro to Treadmill\, our team will explain how treadmill sessions work\, help your dog get comfortable with the equipment\, and guide them through a beginner-level introduction. \nThis class is great for dogs who are new to treadmill work\, dogs who need a more structured way to burn energy\, and owners who want to better understand how treadmill sessions can support their dog’s physical and mental needs. \nYour dog will not be rushed.
