There's a real team behind Canine Cardio — people who'd rather spend the day with dogs than anywhere else. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet.
We started in Arlington in 2018 with one idea: dogs deserve real fitness and real attention, not a drop-off. That standard is the whole job — and it only works because of the people doing it.
Small groups, real exercise, and handlers who actually know each dog. You'll never be the person managing chaos in a warehouse.
We train each other, cover each other, and celebrate the wins. Since 2018 we've built an award-winning crew in Arlington the slow, honest way.
Walkers become coaches. Coaches grow into behavior and training work. We promote from inside the pack whenever we can.
Arlington, VA · $15–$25 an hour · Part-time
Spend your day outside with dogs who are genuinely happy to see you. Our walkers handle one-on-one walks around Arlington — real exercise, real attention, no packs of ten. We are looking for people who show up on time, communicate well with owners, and treat every dog like their own. Experience with dogs is a plus, but reliability and good instincts matter most.
Arlington, VA · From $17 an hour · Full-time
Run gym, treadmill and enrichment sessions for dogs who need a real outlet. Coaches build structure and safe handling for high-drive dogs, track progress, and keep owners in the loop. If you are training-minded and want to grow into behavior work, this is a role with room to move up — we promote from inside the pack.
