1. Agreement
By using caninecardio.com or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
We provide dog daycare, boarding, grooming, walking, training, a self-service dog gym, transport (the Dog Bus), and private events. Specific services, schedules, and requirements — including a required evaluation before joining — are described on the site and in your separate service/enrollment agreement, which governs the details of your dog's care.
3. Booking, Payments & Deposits
Bookings and payments are handled through MoeGo. Private events require a 50% deposit with the balance due before the event. Membership and package terms are as described at purchase.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation windows and refund eligibility vary by service and are shown at booking; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee. Event cancellations follow the tiered schedule provided at booking.
5. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
Dog care, group play, transport, swimming, and gym activities carry inherent risks. You confirm your dog is healthy, vaccinated, and suitable for group settings, and you accept these risks. Your separate signed service agreement and liability waiver apply to all in-person services and are not replaced by these Terms.
6. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep vaccinations current, and disclose any behavioral or medical issues.
7. No Guarantees
Training and fitness outcomes vary by dog; we do not guarantee specific results.
8. Merchandise
Store orders are fulfilled by Printify; product, shipping, and return terms appear at checkout.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
Site content, brand, and logos are owned by Canine Cardio and may not be used without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
