Change your Dog’s Life
The Canine Cardio Gym is the natural evolution of our work — a structured, trainer-led fitness environment built on years of outdoor experience.
It’s not a free-for-all or chaotic play zone. Every session is guided by trained Pack Leaders who focus on controlled movement, confidence-building, and emotional balance.
Our Programs Include:
- Treadmill & Slatmill Training – endurance, focus, and calm energy
- Agility & Confidence Courses – coordination, control, and leadership through movement
- Lure Course Speed Work – drive management and healthy outlet for high-energy dogs
- Swim & Pool Training – low-impact fitness and recovery
- Decompression & Recovery Zones – teaching calmness after activity
Reactive dogs are absolutely welcome at the dog gym!
All activities are one-on-one, so your dog can still safely participate.
Just book your appointment as usual and let us know when you arrive —
our team will help escort you to your activity area for a smooth,
stress-free experience.
Why It’s Better Than a Dog Park:
Dog parks offer freedom — but often without safety or structure. The Canine Cardio Gym delivers both.
Here, dogs are active with purpose — learning how to regulate energy, interact appropriately, and achieve real progress under the guidance of professionals.
It’s more than play — it’s fitness, focus, and confidence training wrapped in fun.

One of the biggest misconceptions in dog ownership is that more freedom always equals a happier dog.
For many dogs, unlimited access to the house, constant stimulation, and no clear expectations can actually increase anxiety.
Dogs thrive when they know what’s expected of them. Structure, routine, exercise, mental enrichment, and rest help create confidence, stability, and a calmer state of mind.
That’s exactly why at Canine Cardio, our days are built around structure. From guided activities and mental enrichment to exercise and scheduled rest, we help dogs learn how to be successful, confident, and balanced.
A confident dog isn’t built through endless freedom, it’s built through guidance. 🐾
Have you noticed your dog becoming calmer when they’re given more structure?

If dogs could talk, we think they’d say something like this:
“Thanks for choosing me.
Thanks for loving me on my best days and my chaotic ones.
Thanks for every walk, every treat, every cuddle, and every time you called me a good dog.” 🐾
Happy Mother’s Day to all of our Canine Cardio moms 💖
Whether your babies have two legs or four, today is for celebrating all the love, care, patience, and comfort you give every single day.

Happy Dog Mom Day to the women who plan their lives around potty breaks, have 10,000 photos of their dog sleeping, and somehow never leave the house without dog hair on them 🤍
At Canine Cardio we get to see firsthand how loved your dogs are every single day, and it never goes unnoticed. Thank you for trusting us with your babies, spoiling them endlessly, and being the kind of moms dogs deserve.
Today is for the dog moms 🐾✨

A dog being scared of something does not automatically mean they should avoid it forever. 🩵
Part of good coaching is understanding the difference between overwhelming a dog… and helping them work through uncertainty with guidance, clarity, and support.
The first time he saw the treadmill, he looked terrified. But instead of labeling him as “unable” or giving up the second he felt uncomfortable, we slowed down, stayed consistent, and helped him build confidence through the process.
Now look at him.
Sometimes confidence is built by realizing the scary thing didn’t break you. 🐾
That’s what coaching is. Not force. Not flooding. Guidance through the uncomfortable moments so the dog comes out stronger on the other side.

At Canine Cardio, we incorporate puzzles into our structured daycare days to give dogs the mental stimulation they need, not just physical exercise. Sniffing, problem-solving, and figuring things out taps into their natural instincts and helps tire them out in a completely different (and super important) way.
Why we love them:
• Builds confidence
• Reduces boredom + unwanted behaviors
• Encourages calm focus
• Works their brain just as much as their body
A tired dog isn’t just one who ran all day, it’s one who thought all day too!
Because here, we don’t just let dogs run… we help them learn, grow, and use that brain! 🐶✨

Swimming isn’t just a fun activity—it’s one of the most effective ways to create a balanced, fulfilled dog 💦🐾
It’s low impact on joints, builds real full-body strength, and helps burn off that excess energy in a healthy way. But what most people don’t realize… it also helps shift a dog’s state of mind.
After a good swim, dogs don’t just feel tired—they feel clear, calm, and more settled. That’s the difference between just exercising your dog and actually fulfilling them.
Whether your dog loves the water or is just learning, this is a powerful outlet when done right—with structure, guidance, and intention.
Book a swim session with us and let your dog experience the difference 🐶💦

What started as a small dog walking company came from a simple belief—dogs deserve to actually be dogs. 🩵
The first seven years were spent learning that up close… one dog at a time. Figuring out their drives, their energy, their instincts—what they were bred to do, not just how to manage them.
We love every dog that’s been part of that journey, because they shaped this. They showed us what was missing.
That’s what led to @clubcaninecardio … a space built around letting dogs move, think, work, and just exist in a way that finally makes sense for them.
Because when dogs are given the chance to be dogs again… everything changes. We see this especially on our field trip.
Eight years later, that belief is still the foundation of it all… just built into something so much bigger. 🐾
