We’re bringing back one of our most loved events — Puppy Yoga! This cozy, beginner-friendly yoga flow is filled with laughter, light stretching, and plenty of puppy snuggles.
✨ This series will be led by Katie from Zweet Sport, known for creating a warm, welcoming environment for yogis of all levels. Pair that with playful pups and you’ve got the ultimate mood booster.

- Location: Club Canine Cardio, Arlington, VA

- Duration: 45 – 60 minutes
- Ticket Price: $60 per person
- Age Requirement: 12+ (Minors must be accompanied by a guardian)
- What to Bring: Yoga mat, closed-lid water bottle, and a big smile
- Puppies: Provided by Club Canine Cardio
🐾 How It Works
- Arrive 10 minutes early to check in.
- Set up your mat and get ready to flow.
- Enjoy a light, beginner-friendly yoga session led by Katie.
- Puppies roam, play, and snuggle during class.
- Post-class cuddle time is included for all attendees.
📝 Rules & Guidelines
- No outside dogs are allowed for this event.Please let the puppies approach you at their own pace — their comfort and safety come first.
- Participants must sign a liability waiver prior to class.
- All bags must be stored off the mat area.
- Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for light movement.
- No food or outside treats allowed in the yoga space.
- If a puppy has an accident during class, our team will assist with cleanup.
- All ticket sales are final — tickets may be transferred but are non-refundable.
