These policies help us keep scheduling fair for everyone and ensure we can care for every pup safely and on time.
Fees

No-Show Fee $18

Last-Minute Booking Fee $12
Appointments must be made by 7:00 PM the night before. Bookings made after that time will have a last-minute booking fee added.

Last-Minute Cancellation Fee $18
Applied when an appointment is canceled less than five hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Holiday Booking Fee $18
Applied to each day booked on a national holiday.

Late Pick-Up Fee $15
A late fee will be charged if your dog has not been picked up by 7:05 PM.

Intact Dog Management Fee $10
Applied to dogs over seven months of age that have not been spayed or neutered. This fee applies to each daycare, enrichment, or boarding day.

Two-dog households: Email us to purchase a second package at 50% off.
