Gym Activity Introduction Class: Intro to Lure Course
Ready to let your dog chase, run, and have a blast? Our Intro to Lure Course class is a fun, high-energy introduction to one of Canine Cardio’s most exciting gym activities.
Lure course is designed to engage your dog’s natural chase instinct in a safe, structured environment. It gives dogs the chance to run, focus, and burn energy while chasing a moving lure. For many dogs, it is both physically exciting and mentally rewarding.
This intro class is perfect for dogs who are new to lure course, owners who want to understand how the activity works, and dogs who may need a little guidance before jumping into a full session. Our team will explain the basics, introduce your dog to the lure, and help them get comfortable with the movement and setup.
Introduction to Gym Activity classes will be held at 1:00 PM on scheduled Saturdays and Sundays, with each class lasting approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
Each Intro Class includes the regular activity price plus a $10 intro class surcharge. Tickets must be purchased through the website in advance.
What to Expect
During Intro to Lure Course, our team will walk you and your dog through the activity, explain how the lure works, and help your dog engage at their own pace.
Some dogs understand the game right away. Others need a slower introduction before they feel confident chasing the lure. Both are completely okay.
This class is great for active dogs, curious dogs, dogs with strong chase drive, and owners looking for a safe way to give their dog a fun energy outlet.
