Late Fees & Cancellation Policies
These policies help us keep scheduling fair for everyone and ensure we can care for every pup safely and on time.
Fees

No Show Fee $18

Last Minute Booking Fee $12
Appointments must be made by 7:00 PM the night before. Any bookings after that time will have a last-minute booking fee added.

Last Minute Cancellation $18
Applied when cancelled less than 5 hours prior to appointment.

Holiday Booking Fee $18
All National Holidays, applied to each day booked.

Late Pick Up Fee $15
If you have not picked up your dog by 7:05 PM, you will be charged a late fee.
Discounts
Two-dog households: Email us to purchase a 2nd package at 50% off.
